PrimeWorkz's Consulting services encompass audits and assessments of the client’s operations model and systems, needs analysis, product enhancement, software upgrades, and a review of the client’s existing solution.
PrimeWorkz can target a specific area of Operations or Workflows, Invoicing or Document Flows.
The assessment involves a detailed review of business operations and delivers recommendations, ensuring:

ADVICE: Identification of areas with the largest impact on efficiency, along with a report on the current operation and recommendations for improvements.

Step 2: PROJECT SCOPING:
Using the initial Audit & Assessment, PrimeWorkz will engage in Project Scoping Workshops for a detailed understanding of business requirements, discussion of options, challenge of the status quo, and joint agreement on a solution. The outcome is a Customer Solution Description Document detailing the agreed-upon solution to achieve your goals.
Step 3: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY
Our project management approach is adaptable for projects of any size but is maximally employed for large-scale, enterprise-wide projects. To ensure success, the approach follows specific phases in the project's implementation, rooted in best practices outlined by the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org). Step 4: POST PROJECT HYPER-CARE & IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY
Following the implementation of a project with PrimeWorkz, the client receives post implementation support (hypercare) from PrimeWorkz.
Hypercare is intensive post-launch support provided by the PrimeWorkz implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues. It minimises disruptions, optimises user satisfaction. In this model, PrimeWorkz acts as a strategic partner, collaborating closely to manage risks, resolve issues promptly, and optimise the end-user experience. Hypercare focuses on proactive problem-solving, stabilising the post-deployment phase, and empowering client teams for long-term success.
